Acceptance of terms
By using searchhive.in or engaging Search Hive ("we", "us", "our") for any service, you ("client", "you") agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Our services
Search Hive provides digital marketing services including search engine optimisation, local SEO, Google Ads and other paid advertising, social media marketing, website design and development, graphic design, branding and content writing. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each project are agreed in a proposal, quotation or written communication before work begins.
Fees and payment
- Monthly retainers are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle unless agreed otherwise.
- Project-based work such as website development may require an advance payment, with the balance due on completion or as per agreed milestones.
- Advertising spend on platforms such as Google and Meta is separate from our fees and is paid by the client directly to the platform.
- Late payments may lead to work being paused until dues are cleared.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required content and access to relevant accounts such as your website, Google Business Profile, analytics and ad accounts. Delays in providing these may affect timelines and results.
Results disclaimer
Search engines and advertising platforms control their own algorithms and policies. While we follow best practices and work hard to achieve your goals, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales. Any estimates we share are based on experience and data, not promises.
Intellectual property
Once full payment is received, final deliverables created specifically for you, such as website designs, content and creatives, belong to you. We may use non-confidential work samples in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party assets such as themes, plugins, fonts and stock images remain subject to their own licences.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information and account access confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services.
Termination
Either party may end a monthly engagement with written notice as agreed in the proposal, usually 15 days. Fees for work already completed or for the current billing cycle remain payable.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Search Hive is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or data, arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service in the preceding month.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
