Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

At Search Hive, most of our work involves time, expertise and resources that begin the moment a project starts. This policy explains when refunds are and are not possible, so you can engage us with complete clarity.

Monthly services (SEO, ads management, social media)

• Monthly retainer fees are paid in advance and cover the work planned for that month.
• You can cancel a monthly plan by giving written notice by email, as per the notice period in your proposal (usually 15 days). Cancellation applies from the next billing cycle.
• Fees already paid for a running month are not refundable once work for that month has started.

Website and design projects

• Advance payments for website, design or branding projects are used to block team time and begin work, and are non-refundable once work has started.
• If a project is cancelled midway, you will be billed for work completed up to that point, and any balance paid beyond that will be refunded.
• If we are unable to start a project for reasons on our side, the full advance will be refunded.

Advertising spend

Advertising budgets for Google, Meta and other platforms are paid directly by you to the platform. Search Hive does not hold or control these funds, so refunds of ad spend must be requested from the respective platform as per their policies.

Third-party costs

Domains, hosting, premium themes, plugins, stock images and other third-party purchases made on your behalf are non-refundable, as they are governed by the policies of those providers.

How to request a refund

Email info@searchhive.in with your name, project details and reason for the request. Eligible refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method.
